These Terms of Use govern your use of **retrovoy.com** (“Retrovoy”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Retrovoy is an independently operated website that helps people discover, compare and learn about iconic technology and view relevant third-party marketplace offers.
By using Retrovoy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

## 1. What Retrovoy does
Retrovoy provides product information, specifications, variant information, reference imagery and selected marketplace offers for technology products.
Retrovoy is primarily an information and product-discovery service.
We do **not** sell the products displayed on Retrovoy, take payment for them or fulfil orders.
When you choose to purchase an item displayed on Retrovoy, the transaction takes place on the relevant third-party marketplace, currently primarily eBay.
## 2. eBay offers
Retrovoy uses automated systems to retrieve, classify and display third-party eBay listings that appear relevant to the product or product variant being viewed.
We take reasonable steps to match offers to the correct product and variant. However, automated matching is not perfect and **errors may occasionally occur**.
Listings may also be changed, sold, removed or updated by the seller after Retrovoy last checked them.
Before purchasing an item, you should always review the listing on eBay and confirm the current:
price, delivery charges, product identity, variant or colour, condition, photographs, description, accessories, seller information, availability and any other details relevant to your purchase.
If information shown on Retrovoy differs from the information shown on eBay, you should rely on the information presented on **eBay at the time of your transaction**.
## 3. Prices and availability
Prices, delivery charges and availability displayed on Retrovoy are obtained from third-party marketplace information and can change at any time.
Where available, Retrovoy displays when marketplace information was last checked.
A price displayed on Retrovoy is **not a guaranteed purchase price**. The current price and applicable delivery charges should always be confirmed on eBay before purchasing.
Currency, delivery availability and marketplace results may vary depending on your selected or detected country.
Retrovoy does not guarantee that an offer will remain available after it has been displayed.
## 4. Best Offer and offer rankings
Retrovoy may identify an offer as a **“Best offer”** or rank offers using factors such as product match, variant match, condition, price, delivery information and other criteria used by Retrovoy's systems.
“Best offer” does **not** mean that Retrovoy guarantees the listing is the cheapest offer available anywhere on eBay or elsewhere.
Marketplace inventory can change continuously and Retrovoy may apply eligibility, condition and product-matching criteria that exclude some listings.
Offer rankings are determined independently by Retrovoy's systems.
**Sellers do not pay Retrovoy to obtain a higher position in an offer ranking.**
## 5. Product and reference images
Some images displayed by Retrovoy are **representative product images** rather than photographs of the specific item being offered by an eBay seller.
Where a representative image is used, the actual item, colour, cosmetic appearance, accessories and condition may differ.
Individual marketplace listings may also contain images supplied by the relevant marketplace or seller.
Always review the photographs and item description on the relevant eBay listing before purchasing.
## 6. Product information and specifications
Retrovoy aims to provide useful and accurate information about products, including specifications, model numbers, release information, variants and other historical details.
However, product information may occasionally contain errors or omissions.
Manufacturers may also have produced regional revisions, variations or configurations that are not represented on Retrovoy.
Information provided by Retrovoy is therefore intended as a **reference resource** and should not be treated as a manufacturer guarantee or certification.
## 7. Affiliate relationship with eBay
Retrovoy participates in the **eBay Partner Network**.
This means Retrovoy may receive a commission when you follow an eligible link from Retrovoy to eBay and complete a qualifying purchase.
This commission does not increase the price charged to you by Retrovoy, and affiliate compensation does not determine which individual seller receives the Best Offer position.
Retrovoy provides affiliate disclosures alongside relevant eBay promotional content.
Participation in the eBay Partner Network does not mean that eBay endorses, sponsors or guarantees Retrovoy.
eBay's current Partner Network rules require affiliates to identify promotional content and disclose their economic interest while not implying that eBay sponsors or endorses them.
## 8. Purchases through third parties
Any purchase you make after following a Retrovoy link is made with the relevant seller and marketplace, **not with Retrovoy**.
Retrovoy is not responsible for accepting payment, processing an order, dispatching an item, providing tracking information or administering a seller's return or refund process.
We aim to keep Retrovoy available and functioning correctly, but continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.
The applicable seller's terms, eBay's terms and any statutory rights you have in relation to that transaction will govern your purchase.
Questions concerning an order, delivery, return, refund, item condition or dispute should normally be directed to the seller or eBay through the relevant marketplace procedures.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
## 9. Third-party websites
Retrovoy contains links to websites operated by third parties.
Once you follow one of these links, you are using a service that Retrovoy does not control.
In particular, these Terms do not remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
The third party's own terms, privacy policy, cookie policy and other rules may apply.
A link from Retrovoy does not mean that Retrovoy guarantees a third-party website, seller, product or service.
## 10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Retrovoy name, website design, written editorial content, original graphics, software, databases, presentation and other original Retrovoy material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use Retrovoy for normal personal, non-commercial browsing and product research.
You may not reproduce, republish, commercially exploit, systematically extract or redistribute substantial parts of Retrovoy without permission where doing so would infringe applicable rights.
Product names, manufacturer names, marketplace names, logos and trademarks appearing on Retrovoy may belong to their respective owners.
References to brands such as Nintendo and eBay are used to identify the relevant products, manufacturers or services and do not by themselves imply sponsorship or endorsement.
## 11. Acceptable use
You must not use Retrovoy in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent or deliberately harmful.
You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of Retrovoy, gain unauthorised access to its systems, intentionally overload its infrastructure, circumvent technical protections, introduce malicious software or use automated systems to extract substantial quantities of Retrovoy content without permission where prohibited by applicable law.
Reasonable use of ordinary search engines, browsers and accessibility technology is not prohibited by this section.
## 12. Availability of Retrovoy
Retrovoy may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party service failures, security measures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Features may also be added, changed or removed as Retrovoy develops.
## 13. Responsibility and liability
Retrovoy is provided as an information and product-discovery service.
We take reasonable steps to maintain the website and the accuracy of the information it displays, but we cannot guarantee that every automated marketplace match, price, specification or other piece of third-party information will always be complete, current or error-free.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by the conduct, products, representations or failures of independent third-party sellers or marketplaces where those matters are outside Retrovoy's control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful.
